Event Information

The Fly-In Minho will welcome a group of 20 participants, selected based on the order of application. In line with EUROAVIA’s regulations and values, we aim to promote diversity among the participating Local Groups, distributing the available spots to prioritize the presence of 1 member from each (P)AS.

  • The second round of applications opens only in case the minimum number of participants is not reached.

The Application and Cancellation Rules can be consulted here.

  • The participation fee is 120€, which covers 6 nights (22 - 27 of June 2026) of accommodation and every meal, including welcome dinner and final dinner.
  • The payment information regarding the participation fee will be provided to the participants via email, once confirmed.

Quick information:

  • Porto → Guimarães: Maximum preference, FlixBus ou Rede Expressos, fast and cheap.
  • Lisboa → Guimarães: Plan transfer in Porto; predict schedules and book tickets early.
  • Vigo → Guimarães: FlixBus; confirm exact boarding location ans schedules.
  • Book all tickets as soon as possible, so as to guarantee promotions and seats close to each other.
