ExAMEAC & AMEAC Patras

From 22nd to 28th September 2026, the AeroUM & PAS Minho marked its presence at ExMEAC & AMEAC Patras, an international congress promoted by EUROAVIA - European Association of Aerospace Engineering Students. During this week, our president, on behalf of the team, attended several meetings, being part of the discussion of the annual report of the previous year's work and activities, as well as the new plans for EUROAVIA's future. The new board was elected, and the upcoming business and financial plans were approved, defining the general program for the official year of 2026.

This congress also provided our Association with the opportunity to present, to an international audience, the significant progress made towards the first international event that will be hosted in Minho - Fly-In Minho 2026. Following two presentations, we obtained the approval from the International Committee, as a sign of our commitment to the international institution, our ability to organized well-structured events, and our sense of responsibility.

Moreover, the congress offered AeroUM & PAS Minho a clear vision about EUROAVIA organization and goals, strengthening our relations worldwide. It was an excellent opportunity for networking and knowledge exchange, serving as a source of inspiration and entrepreneurship through active communication with students from different nationalities, as well as with invited companies.

Overall, this experience represents another significant step in establishing our international presence, expanding our influence beyond national borders, and carrying our ideas and ambitions to the global stage.
